Because we are working with rubber and glue, toxic fumes are emitted. So, we need to maintain good airflow in the workshop. The dog helps us with that.

Dear Customers, we love to give your climbing shoes a life extension.
For a flawless workflow you can help us with the folling 3 steps:

- "LET YOUR SHOES DRY OUT" before sending them.
(They might be wet by sweat and will stay like that in the bag)

- "WRITE YOUR ADDRESS" on the bag nice and readable. No address = no shoes!
(If yor're missing your shoes, contact us! We've got a huge box with lost shoes)

- "TEAR OFF THE OUTER STRIP" on the bag to close it before sending.
(We gonna use the inner strip to close the bag again and send it back to you)

Gluing is a task where two compounds need to be mixed together in the perfect amount. The temperature can affect the timing of the hardening process which is important to catch the right moment to press and make it stick. Also to brush the right amount of glue on the surfaces requires a propper technique and lots of experience. There are so many factors to be taken care of in order to have a good, solid result and an efficent workflow in the gluing process.
