Hatem lost 50kg in the last year by changing his diet and becoming more active. Now after never really exercising he contact us for making him his training plan, also help and advice to give him the maximum support towards his goals towards a 70.3 Ironman in a few years😉 and lets see where we go from there😊 skies the limit👍

Let us introduce Patrick😎 Patrick is from Donegal, Ireland and represented Ireland in the National Open sea swim Championship and various life saving competitions also.
He's completed multiple Sprint Triathlons and after a few out due to work commitments and family life, he's back and starting training again towards his 1st 70.3 Ironman in Rapperswil this year. And maybe an Ironman later on this year👊🏊‍♀️🚵‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Have a great season😊

We just love seeing our athletes smiling after completing and achieving their goals🎉🎊😎 David (on the right) completed his 1st full Ironman last year in an amazing time of 11h 21min👍😎
David joined us in 2019 after not completing his 1st Ironman in 2018 in Zurich. So he's was struggling in his belief in could he actually do it and would it happen again.
But we worked out what happened which stuck to a structured plan which worked around his lifestyle and made sure he concentrated on Nutrition and not making the same mistakes again. Its all a learning process and we become better through our experiences!
He had an amazing 2019, became a daddy too👨‍👩‍👧😎😘 and is now training towards Ironman 70.3 Barcelona in May🏅🏊‍♀️🚵‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Martin joined us in 2019 and has gone from strength to strength👊😎 After a fantastic season last year, smashing IM Italy in 10h 42min and completing two 70.3 events also in great times. This year he's going again for 2 70.3 build up races and then going for the amazing Challenge Roth race in July😎👊🏊‍♀️🚵‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Thomas just joined us in the new year and we are so happy he's decided to join our team. Tom is 24 years old and wants to fulfil his dream of competing his 1st Ironman later on this year😉 and we are gonna help, motivate and encourage him to achieve that. We constantly have doubts about ourselves but we a good structured plan and all the support then all is possible👊😉
Gonna be great watching him and guiding him through this life changing journey😉🏊‍♀️🚵‍♂️🏃‍♂️

This year he is going for it, Barcelona Marathon, 70.3 Monterey bay, 70.3 Rapperswil, Swissman and Ironman Thun.

A full program i know, but with a structured plan, staying focused and feeding that machine correctly, its gonna be a fantastic year for him. He's had a solid winters training now its time to build, test, recover and repeat!!

A massive Congratulations to my athlete David Gerard yesterday, he absolutely smashed it🎉🎊🏅😉😊 so happy for him and is a great story. Last year he didnt finish Ironman Zurich but he didnt give up and stayed with it, now hes an Ironman🏅🎉 Super proud of him and hes soon gonna be a proud daddy too. Well done David😊

Great racing with one of my athletes today, was very impressed😀 Sadly in T2 James wasn't be to continue due to him tripping over on uneven ground and tearing some ligaments. Soo unlucky and bad preparation on Ironmans side:-( But I am sure he will be back with vengeance and even stronger soon👊👍🏊‍♀️🚵‍♂️🏃‍♂️
