It wasn’t until recently I when started realizing after  having conversations with a close friend about her experience in yoga and movement studios that it dawned on me… The same space that feels like a sanctuary to one person could feel like a threat to someone else. I know that many of us....

Which reminds to stay on my path even though it might be exhausting at times. I love what I do but it requires a real hustle to work for yourself and success doesnt come overnight. So may as well love the hustle, remember to never put any limitations on yourself or your potential.

This year is different. This year hit differently than others. It hasn’t been the easiest for me but many good things and blessings came my way. Some I payed attention to, some probably I missed.

But here we are. Still doing what it’s needed. I hope I m making a difference in your life like some of you are doing to mine. Dont stop being who you are, because I count on you to keep inspiring me!

34 🎂 TODAY!

It feels so weird to say I am 34 to be honest. I would never have expected to be here, doing what I do at this point of my life. I guess I had other plans….
I have been reflecting a to before this seemingly being day and I don’t feel pressure to do more right now. More will come, right on time.
I just want to be thankful and grateful for everything and everyone (that includes you!) in my life.
