New episode with .okumus 💚.
What happens when you’ve tried to fix everything on the outside… and it still doesn’t feel right?

In this episode, Crina shares what led her inward.

We talk about childhood wounds. Fear of losing the people you love. The quiet pressure to hold everything together. And the moment you realize control isn’t giving you the peace you thought it would.

At one point, Crina paused her life for three months to write. No expectations. No performance. The book that came out of it, Let It Go, became a mirror. This conversation is about finding the beauty that’s already there, inside all of us. About understanding that sometimes the answer is right there, not in the books, with gurus or classes. I’d love to read your thoughts. 🙏🏼💚

I love this episode so much because it really makes you think. What if the only thing stopping us… is the sentence we keep repeating to ourselves?

“I’m too old.”
“It’s too late.”
“That’s not for me.”
“I’m not good enough.”
started Ice Cross at 41. He’s now world ranked at 49.

We talk about fear, self-trust, and knowing when to go and when not to.

Imagine deciding at 41 to pick up a sport where you can seriously injure yourself.

Now imagine becoming world ranked.

That’s .

This episode is not about ice… more about the story we keep telling ourself.

Coming up 👏
Four conversations that made me think, and hopefully you too.

About money. About age. About fear. About letting go. About timing and how it’s never too late for anything.

New episodes dropping over the next few weeks:
- Nadine Hunkeler on money, women and money, and why it’s NEVER EVER too late to start investing.
- IcexPaul on starting extreme sports when everyone said it was too late (and how it applies to everything else in life)
- Crina Okumus on why the voice that truly matters is inside of us, not what the outside voices want us to believe.

And more on the way 😀
One by one. No rushing it.

The Masculine Trap (We All Fall Into)
and I talked about the pressure to live in what he calls “masculine energy” - the doing, the producing, the winning.
“It’s glorified everywhere,” he said. “Especially in hustle culture. But where’s the space to just be? To rest? To receive?”

We’re exhausted. And we won’t say it out loud because we think admitting we’re tired means we’re weak.
Question for you: What would happen if you stopped trying to prove you can do it all? What if you just... stopped? Listen to the full episode on Spotify or Apple Podcasts.

CALL ME SENSITIVE is officially launched!! My first guest is Giulia, a 12 year old girl. Why a kid you may ask? Why not.

Kids are unfiltered, uncensored, and see things as they are, not as we want them to be.

Giulia, in her own words, reminds us to pay attention, be present, and appreciate what’s right in front of us. That simple! Our chat can be found on Spotify and Apple Podcast.
