Nowadays, with life becoming more fast-paced by the day, it’s easy to get lost living from the mind and more disconnect from the body.
We override tiredness with things that give us a quick push: coffee, ice baths, stimulation.
We hold tension without noticing. We push emotions away. And we keep going.
But tiredness, restlessness, contraction, emotions, and a constricted breath can all be ways the body quietly speaks.
This doesn’t mean every sensation carries a deep meaning. But bringing curiosity to what we feel can begin a different relationship with the body.
The question is not always:
“How do I make this go away?”
Sometimes it’s:
“What is my body needing right now?”
“What is it trying to communicate?”
So next time you feel tired or emotionally drained, instead of reaching for the next thing to keep you going, maybe:
Instead of another coffee, maybe lie down for 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra.
Take a few slower breaths.
Put your phone away for a moment.
Let your body feel that it doesn’t always have to keep pushing.
A small way of saying:
“I hear you”
Before the whispers become screams.

More than just time away.
A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel more grounded, connected, and free.
This retreat is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from their body, or stuck in patterns that talking and understanding alone haven’t shifted.
Through breathwork, movement, somatic practices, and nervous system awareness, we begin to create the conditions for real change. Not through force, but through safety, presence, and connection.
Expect daily movement and breathwork, nourishing meals, nature, deep rest, reflection, honest exploration, and practical tools to better understand yourself and your nervous system.
There will be space to soften.
Space to breathe.
Space to reconnect with what truly matters.
Come as you are.
Tired, curious, open, uncertain — all of you is welcome.

At this time, when so much is unfolding in the world, many of us can feel it in the body.
A quiet tension. A heaviness. A sense of uncertainty.
It’s real. And it’s okay to feel it.
And at the same time, we need spaces inside ourselves that feel safe enough to stay.
Coming back to the breath is one of those spaces.
Not to escape what’s happening,
but to stay present without being overwhelmed by it.
When you slow down your breath, even for a few moments, you remind your nervous system that right here, right now, there is ground beneath you.
You are okay.

My breathwork healing journey started 4 years ago.
In my first sessions, I experienced so much anger, not knowing at the time that beneath all that anger was so much sadness and grief.
I did not quite understand my body’s extreme reactions in some of the sessions. I had no recollection of anything bad happening to me, but my body remembered. It screamed in pain, cried in grief, and trembled with fear.
Sometimes it felt confusing, sometimes frustrating, but that was it, I did not need to understand it all. I needed to let it move through me.
So many of my life decisions, the way I showed up in relationships, the insecurity, the doubt, the feeling of not being enough, had been driven by these deeply embedded imprints stored so deeply in my body.
Breathwork helped move things out of the way, allowing me to see the truth behind my story and helped me reshape my relationship to my old story.
For the last two years, I’ve been dedicated to continuing to learn, heal, and share this work with whoever feels called to journey with me.
We are all connected. When we heal ourselves, we heal for others.
I am deeply grateful to my teachers and to all those who held me on this journey.
If you feel called to explore this work, I offer 1:1 breathwork sessions, both live and online, as well as group sessions once a month.
In January, I will offer two group sessions, as I will be on a longer break from February to April.

We’ve been taught to think our way through life.
And somewhere along the way, many of us forgot how to feel.
I’m not a fan of big cathartic releases.
But I do believe part of healing is allowing ourselves to fully feel.
It’s not always pleasant.
But this is often where real change begins.

2025 was one of the most challenging years of my life since 2019, and also the first year I fully supported myself through Smarana, doing work I deeply care about.
In the first half of the year, I was in survival mode. I slipped into people pleasing, made decisions from stress, and lost my inner ground. There were moments when I genuinely considered giving up.
I am not a quitter, but I knew nothing would change if I did not pause and do the work. That started with regulating myself, taking a short break, returning to breathwork, and making intentional changes to how I work.
This year reminded me how essential boundaries are, especially with ourselves. It asked me to be honest, to realign with my values, and to remember why I chose this path in the first place.
I enter 2026 with a promise to choose awareness over fear, to choose more wisely, and to act boldly from authenticity and truth.
I am grateful to those who challenged me and pushed my edges. And I am deeply grateful to everyone I got to share this work with. Thank you for your trust.

Thank you to everyone who joined me in breathwork this year. We met resistance, confusion, shifts, and small breakthroughs, and you stayed with it.
I’m grateful for your trust and for the work you chose to do for yourselves.
