I originally designed this program for myself to kick my own A$$ into shape as I prepare to walk down the isle one year from today. But it was too good not to share.

I decided to offer this program to everyone!! Other brides, bridesmaids, guests of weddings, friends, family, who want to work towards a goal from the comfort of their own home.

When you sign up you receive the PDF booklet sent directly to your email (or a printed copy if you prefer) delivered to you right away. Booklet includes meal prepping guidelines, warm up and cool downs for each workout, a variety of different styles of workouts and challenges that you can complete at home or in a gym! You also get the opportunity to participate in ongoing virtual zoom classes if you wish, such as Zumba, Vey-yoga, HIIT and more!

we say goodbye to Fargo today 🚐 🏔
he put up with our shenanigans for 16 nights. We gave him a good cleaning as we reflected on all our memories with him. T-minus 7 hours until we get home ✈️ 🏡 to our Stella Bear 🐕 🐾 it’s been an absolute pleasure travelling with the man I said “yes” to spending forever with 💍💙. And for all you curious people we used out of Calgary. They were so easy to book, use, and communicate with as well as super cute, clean, and spacious (even comes with a queen sized bed & heat for colder nights). We highly recommend booking a camper van with them to explore the Rockies! ✌🏽☮️ peace out until next time.
