NEW YEAR MESSAGE

The Plateau State Teqball Association (PLATEQ) heartily felicitate with all Sports loving Citizens on the 2022 New year Celebration.

In a statement signed on Saturday 1st January 2022 in Jos, the Chairman of the Association Chief. Amb. Miri Timnan Nyantau (MTN) (MyrP) (Majidadi Gazum) appreciated God for granting all the opportunity to witness another brand new year irrespective of the day to day challenges.

He said “despite the difficulties, God almighty has entrusted us another Amazing year”. Hence he reiterate the need for Prayers as we journey into the new year 2022.

Chief Miri who is also the UN Ambassador of Peace further thank the leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Plateau Chapter for their continued support to the Lalong led Government and Consolidating on the peaceful atmosphere in the state during the 2021 Christmas Celebrations.

He however implore all to engage in teqball as a means of exercise towards enjoying sweet healthy life as well as a means in curtailing youth restiveness in Plateau State.

*NB* All Clubs must Appear in their Team Jerseys, Arrive the Match Venue 30mins Before kickoff, most importantly Post the Videos and Pictures of the Matches on their respective social media handles and *MUST* tag FITEQ, NIGTEQ and PLATEQ. GoodLuck.

The Plateau State Teqball Association (PLATEQ) wishes to Notify Clubs/Coaches who are Affiliated with the body of a One (1) day Training Course which will take place at the Rwang Pam Township stadium on *Wednesday 21st April 2021 by 8am to 4pm*

*Considerations*
Coaches must not be more than 35 years of age and must possess a minimum academic requirement of WAEC/SSCE. Further education acquired and experience in sporting activities will be an added Advantage.
