⚠️LIFTOFF WORKOUT TESTING SESSIONS⚠️
Attention all Aitutaki based athletes - this week we will be testing our prescribed workouts for the Liftoff Teams event.
Please make an effort to attend these sessions with your team mates so you can get a chance to practise the movements and see what to expect.
This weeks testing schedule is as follows:
• Today Tuesday @ 5pm at the FuncFit Gym
• Tomorrow Wednesday at Ootu
• Friday @ 5pm at the FuncFit Gym
*Possible Saturday session too, pending confirmation
