It’s official: my little family + I will be moving back to the US at the end of February! 🎉
After 4 years here in Chile, I am so incredibly grateful for the adventures I’ve had, the friends + family I’ve gained, and the beautiful country that has become my second home.
It is bittersweet to say goodbye, but I am truly excited for the adventures that await us.
During Feb + March, I will still be offering online classes, but I will be reducing the classes offered. Look out for February’s schedule in the next few days 👀
Finally, I plan to spend this time remaining here with family, the pups, and the sea. I hope to get back to “regular” posting in April, but for now, you can follow along with me primarily in my Stories ✨

Wow, when I shared how I felt regarding Instagram the other night, I could not have imagined the outpouring of support, advice + feedback I’d receive. Thank you 💓
The sentiment that was shared frequently and truly resonated with me was this: Instagram will still be here if you leave, but your voice will not.
You’re completely right and I am grateful for the reality check. 💁🏻♀️
However, I want to re-share my commitment to making yoga accessible to all, to helping people in their healing journeys, to honoring the roots of yoga, and to boosting voices that should be heard equally in this sometimes excluding community, including BIPOC and curvy yogis.
That commitment goes for this account as well; I sincerely hope my content serves you in some way. I will continue to ensure that I am sharing content for the right reasons, rather than for boosting follower counts or looking good.

This year has been.. a lot. Probably more than any other year, this December is the perfect time to practice some self-care, whether that’s a yoga class, making your bed each morning, or enjoying a cup of your favorite tea ☕️
Each Monday, class will be centered on a different theme. You can pop into the ones that you’d like, or join them all + set aside an hour for yourself each week.
The class will be gentle, cozy yoga with breath work + meditation incorporated. Beginner-friendly with modifications offered for intermediate or advanced yogis 🧘🏻♀️
