THE CALM OF TOPOCALMA

🇬🇧 The beach of Topocalma has an incredible view since, it comprises five kilometers long, where one of its attractions is to observe the great variety of birds such as the perito bird, heron boyera, small heron and taguas, located in the part coastal wetland

This beach is surrounded by the towns of Puertecillo, Matanza and the Christmas breezes

Topocalma is ideal for those who want to escape from the city and feel a calm air, breathe peace and enjoy a landscape full of forests accompanied by immense waves and excellent wind to practice all water sports

🇨🇱 La playa de Topocalma tiene una vista increíble ya que, comprende cinco kilómetros de largo, donde uno de sus atractivos es observar la gran variedad de aves como lo son el pájaro perito, garza boyera, garza chica y taguas, ubicadas en la parte costera del humedal

A esta playa la rodean las localidades de Puertecillo, Matanza y las brisas de navidad

Topocalma es ideal para aquellos que desean escapar de la ciudad y sentir un aire tranquilo, respirar paz y disfrutar de un paisaje lleno de bosques acompañado de inmensas olas y excelente viento para practicar todos los deportes acuáticos

🇨🇱 Existen distintas formas de conocer una ciudad como personas en el mundo

Están las que prefieren caminar a todos lados, las que mirando detrás de una ventana son felices, las que prefieren los museos, o las que necesitan estar en contacto con la naturaleza

WHO INVENTED SURFING?


🇬🇧Although nobody knows for sure when and where Surfing begins, it is known that in the Sanwich Islands (Hawaii), where James Cook landed in 1776, he could see that the natives lived and were obsessed with the practice of this sport

It is also known that in northern Peru, local cultures left indications that show men climbing the waves in gadgets that may be the precursors of current surfboards

There are pre-Inca ceramics that support this theory (Huacos) and in some of them men are shown on wood or something similar sliding on the waves, surely the previous thing to the Caballito de Totora

This surely indicates that surfing in its first forms could have started in this area of ​​South America

🇨🇱Aunque nadie sabe seguro cuando y dónde se inicia el Surf, se tiene conocimiento que en las Islas Sanwich (Hawaii), en las que desembarcó James Cook en 1.776, pudo observar que los nativos vivían y estaban obsesionados con la práctica de este deporte

Se sabe también que en el Norte de Perú, las culturas locales dejaron indicios que muestran a hombres remontando las olas en artilugios que pueden ser los precursores de las actuales tablas de surf

Existen cerámicas pre-incaicas que avalan esta teoría (Huacos) y en alguna de ellas se muestran hombres sobre maderos o algo similar deslizándose sobre las olas, seguramente lo anterior al Caballito de Totora

Esto seguramente indica que el surf en sus primeras formas pudo haberse iniciado en esta zona de América del Sur

WE LOVE THE WIND

🇬🇧The month of September in Chile is known for the beautiful spring days and the strong wind, which motivates us to leave our homes to take advantage of the sun's rays and the force of the wind

Kitesurfing is a mix between surfing and paragliding and the beaches of Chile are excellent scenery for this sport

The beaches of Pupuya, Matanza among others, have a unique wind, called “Surazo”, which reaches between 30 and 40 K / H, which allows to perform pirouettes worthy of a circus


🇨🇱El mes de septiembre en chile es conocido por los lindos días de primavera y el fuerte viento, lo que nos motiva a salir de nuestras casas a aprovechar los rayos de sol y la fuerza del viento

El kitesurf es una mezcla entre el surf y el parapente y las playas de chile son excelente escenario para este deporte

Las playas de Pupuya, Matanza entre otras, tienen un singular viento, denominado “Surazo”, que alcanza entre 30 y 40 K/H lo que permite realizar piruetas dignas de un circo
