Below as you can see is the Almighty BEETROOT. Beetroot root as the name suggest is a root vegetable crop but belong to other carotenoids ( antioxidant), pink , red looking group of vegetables, fruits & other foods such as tomatoes, watermelon, red grapes, red bell peppers, pomegranate, carrots ect. One characteristics of these foods is the high Lycopene they contain. Lycopene which is the main disease fighter is what gives these crop their Colorful looks.

It contains high level of phytochemicals, amino acids, vitamin & minerals such as lycopene, rutin, arginine, saponins, flavonoids,betalains, vitamin C, B6, B9( folates), potassium,iron, manganese, zinc ect.

LIST OF DISEASES BEETROOT CAN TREAT/ PREVENT.

✓ treat fatty liver, liver cirrhosis ( end stages), liver inflammation & other liver abnormalities due to its high lycopene & betalain properties

PREPARATION & USAGE OF BEETROOT.
fortunately beetroot recipes are very easy to make.
* Juicing some few beetroot cut into pieces depending on the quantity with water is good to go. DOSAGE- half tea cup twice daily 15 minutes before/ after meals or any prefer time is fine. Beetroot can also be added to other veggies to make your Stews.

NOTE- For maximum & fastest healing for most of the disease mentioned above & others, I suggest you add the following items before blending for juice.

* Beetroot
* slightly cooked of both carrots & tomatoes
* watermelon
* Dandelion ( optional)
* small piece of ginger or turmeric
* two cloves or pieces of garlic.
same Dosage for this juice combination. Please patients with diabetes may not add the watermelon or use just one cube of it.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS OF CONSUMING TOO MUCH BEETROOT.

* too much beetroot may not help someone with severe kidney or bladder stones because it has a compound called oxalate which can bind to calcium & form a crystals & worsen kidney stones
* limit or avoid if you have abnormally low blood pressure ( hypotension)
* don't take at the same time with your prescription drugs, always give some time intervals.
* always consult your doctor before using any herbal medicine.
