*Job Responsibilities*

- Maintain drinks inventory.
- Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean.
- Track customer behavior and sales.
- Supervising employees and assisting with tasks when necessary.
- Handling customer issues and managing conflicts.
- Organize shift meetings to communicate and resolve all issues for night shift.
- Prepare and compile reports on sales shortfall, employee accidents, equipment problems, and employee relationships matters to facilitate smooth night shift operations.
- Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members.
- Oversees staff, including bartenders, bouncers, wait staff, and cashiers.
- Provides input on marketing, including social media and other forms of publicity.
- Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards.
