An Address from the CEO of VTC ASWEL VTC , Mme. Fai Mercy Kongla, on the graduation ceremony of the second Badge students.
In her speech, she outline the foundational stones to VTC ASWEL.
While outlining the downfall of the already center, she shortlisted some basic needs of the new center.
She opened the floor to launch the Next Trainig which will entails the training of IDPs in Yaoundé and beyond.
