Promising Chinese driver Zhou Guanyu of the UNI-Virtuosi Racing team and the Renault Sport Academy claimed the pole for the FIA Formula 2 Austrian Grand Prix on Saturday, and was leading at the halfway point when a gearbox malfunction resulted in him finishing 17th.
