Since Max left EclipseCycling , Nobody maintains the FB page anymore, because we can not access it without VPN. Thanks Dart, he find a way to login Facebook.
EclipseCycling is still alive.

Because the chinese new year holiday , since Jan 26 - Feb 9 , we don't process any design requests and orders , all of them will be processed after Feb 10th

Do you know them?

At this June , some US guys bought the cycling jerseys from our company (actually they have bought the clothes from us many times) , but this time, these clothes were shipped to Afghanistan.
We thought many these guys have some cycle racing event or just a journey at Afghanistan.
However , when the items arrived the target , no one receive it , we send many emails to the customers , no any reply , we keep trying to contact the buyer for months but no response(include the phone call) , This make us to worry about these guys , Anyway, it's Afghanistan , so we want to know ,what's wrong with these guys?

We just have a clothes design image from them , anyone know them?

BTW , if they just don't like our items or just don't like our company and refuse to receive them , OK , don't let me know , it will make me sad. :(

A letter to customers

Hello everyone,

Since 2013 Apr , our supplier (the "big boss" I refered at April) produce the cycling clothes very slowly , we have to change a new supplier at the May , but the new one cheat our money , they just produce half of the orders for us. :(

So, Max and Dart decide to create the sports clothes factory by ourself at this June. At the middle of this June , our small clothes factory start to work , now we can produce the short/long cycling jersey , regular/bib shorts ( the wind vest and long pants can not be produced currently , but this problem can be resolved this month).

We are very apology for the delay shipping problem since May to June , it's our fault. Maybe some customers worry about their money (hey , do your company cheat my money????) , please trust us , if you don't want to wait , we can refund to you completely and apologize to you , but if you can wait and belive us can finish the clothes, it should be a big encouragement for us!!

Although we have our own factory and start to produce now, we are a "fresh man" in this area , so the printing, quality of the clothes and other aspects will have some problems inevitably , we are happy to hear about the response from our customers , especially the bad responses , it can help us to improve our products.

About the produce speed . Actually our small factory can produce 50- 60 sets clothes/shorts everyday , but the premise is we have done the "flat digital" image , it's not the preview image for the customer , the "flat digital" image is for printing and sublimation transfer. Drawing the flat digital image is very important , we just have two designer can create this type image , they can drawing 5-7 flat images every day. For example , one of our designer finish 3 images for producing yesterday , she spend whole day to do that. Today ,the workers finish the all clothes which related these 3 images in half day.

We changed the material of the clothes , we give up the common cycling clothes's materials and we replace it with a new one (More Expensive! N*KE uses it to produce the sports t-shirts) , of course we don't produce all clothes with the new materials , it's just a testing , some customers will receive the new materials clothes , whatever you like/unlike it , please tell us.

At the last , we should say sorry again to our customers because of the delay shipping , please trust us can resolve this problem! There are some pictures of our factory and the new material clothes.

Because of the email problems , since Apr 1st , our ticket system didn't send the notification emails to the client , we have fixed that and we have asked our sales to update the ticket to send the notification to our customers again. New supplier.

In my honest , it's not the "New" supplier because we know each other for many years , however the minimums of this supplier is at least 10 sets clothes , so we didn't use it before : it does not match our propaganda!

But the new supplier can produce the Race Cuts jerseys and the production time is shorter , so we start to do some business with them recently. (Our big brother produce toooooo slowly currently)

They said that they can finish the clothes in 1-3 weeks , last week, they finish two sample short sleeve jerseys in 2 days! Yes , it's very quickly! (I think that they don't have too many orders need to produce so the production time is shorts. :p )

So if our customer need the clothes in short time , we will try to contact the new supplier to help us. But we will charge some extra fee if the customer can not buy 10 sets clothes , because we have to ask the new supplier to produce 10 sets clothes. The extra fee will be 24 USD - 100 USD , it depends how many sets you will buy.
