My experience buying a Surron Ultra Bee from Coolfly on Alibaba (EU delivery timeline + notes)💯

I wanted to share my experience buying a Surron Ultra Bee from Alibaba since I know a lot of people are curious (just like I was) about going this route.

Seller: Changzhou Coolfly Intelligent Technology✅
Model: Ultra Bee 2024

Timeline:⌛️
Payment sent: 07/01/2026
Shipped (by sea): 26/01/2026
Arrived in the Netherlands: 10/03/2026
Cleared customs: 19/03/2026
Then routed through Poland → Portugal
Delivered to my door: 07/04/2026

What came with the bike:🚲
Mirrors
Plate holder
Passenger pegs
Chinese charger + EU adapter plug
Certificate of Conformity (CoC) — but it’s in Chinese, so I don’t think it’s valid in the EU and likely can’t be used for registration

Assembly:💪
The bike came with the front wheel already mounted. The only thing I needed to assemble was the handlebars, so it was very quick to get it ready.

Communication:♥️
Communication with the seller was good throughout the process. They were responsive and provided updates along the way, which helped a lot given the long shipping time.
