Recently, Yodwicha posted online claiming that EM Legend refused to pay his fight purse. This statement is inconsistent with the facts, and we hereby issue the following clarification:

1. Yodwicha received a prepayment loan of 100,000 RMB for competition-related expenses, of which 56,500 RMB remains outstanding.

2. Yodwicha engaged in repeated passive clinching during two events. Pursuant to the official competition rules and brokerage contract, deductions to his fight purse should be applied accordingly.

3. Full payment of the purse has not been made solely because Yodwicha refused to accept the legitimate penalty after the match, following unsuccessful negotiations. This is not a case of unpaid remuneration.

Zhang Ming, Yodwicha’s agent, has also clarified relevant facts publicly. All supporting documents including contracts, payment records and competition footage of the violation are available as evidence.

We hereby issue a formal reminder: Please remove all false and defamatory content immediately. If malicious smearing continues to spread, EM Legend will gather all evidence and pursue full legal liability, claiming all associated losses. 3. Full payment of the purse has not been made solely because Yodwicha refused to accept the legitimate penalty after the match, following unsuccessful negotiations. This is not a case of unpaid remuneration.

本声明函旨在澄清峨眉传奇赛事组（以下简称“峨眉传奇”）与拳手耀威猜先生之间的资金往来情况，并就耀威猜先生及其相关人员违反合同约定、不当行为以及在网络上发布不实信息等事宜，正式提出还款要求并保留追究法律责任的权利。
This statement is officially issued by the EM Legend Fight (hereinafter referred to as "EM Legend") to clarify the financial dealings between EM Legend and the fighter Yodwicha Porboonsit. Furthermore, this statement serves as a formal demand for the repayment of outstanding debts and explicitly reserves EM Legend’s right to pursue legal liability regarding Mr. Yodwicha and relevant parties’ breach of contractual obligations, improper conduct, and publication of false information online.
2017年，峨眉传奇与耀威猜签订了拳手合同。该合同明确规定，在合同期内，耀威猜仅能参加峨眉传奇的比赛；若需参与其他赛事，必须获得峨眉传奇赛事方的书面同意。此外，合同中还明确约定，拳手若因消极搂抱被罚黄牌一次，将扣除25%的出场费。
In 2017, EM Legend signed a Fighter Contract with Mr. Yodwicha. The contract explicitly stipulated that during the contract term, Mr. Yodwicha shall exclusively participate in fights organized by EM Legend, and any participation in other events must receive prior written consent from EM Legend. Additionally, the contract explicitly provides that if a fighter receives a yellow card for passive clinching, 25% of the fighter’s fight purse shall be deducted.

However, Mr. Yodwicha has committed multiple breaches of contract:
1. 2017年借款未归还：合同签订后，耀威猜以家中修建房屋为由，向峨眉传奇借款200万泰铢。截至本声明函发出之日，该笔借款仍未归还。
Outstanding Loan from 2017: Following the signing of the contract, Mr. Yodwicha borrowed 2,000,000 Thai Baht (THB) from EM Legend on the grounds of building a house for his family. As of the date of this statement, the loan remains fully unpaid.
2. 2018-2019年私自参赛：在2018年至2019年期间，耀威猜在未经峨眉传奇知晓和同意的情况下，违背合同原则，私自加入其他赛事，拒绝参加峨眉传奇比赛，严重违反了合同约定。
Unauthorized Participation in 2018–2019: Between 2018 and 2019, Mr. Yodwicha violated core contractual principles by joining and participating in third-party events without the knowledge or consent of EM Legend, while simultaneously refusing to participate in EM Legend events.
3. 2023年借款未完全偿还：2023年，耀威猜的经纪人张铭（网名“泰国强”，亦为耀威猜的义父）联系峨眉传奇，请求耀威猜再次参与峨眉传奇赛事。经赛事组同意，与耀威猜签订赛事合同。合同确定后，耀威猜再次以结婚后生活困难为由，请求峨眉传奇借款10万元人民币，并承诺以每场比赛扣除20%出场费的方式进行偿还。截至目前，该笔借款的10万元中，仍有5.65万元人民币的款项未予偿还。
Unpaid Balance of 2023 Loan: In 2023, Mr. Yodwicha's manager, Zhang Ming (online name "泰国强," also Mr. Yodwicha’s sworn father), contacted EM Legend requesting Mr. Yodwicha’s return to EM Legend events. With the approval of the organizing committee, a new fight contract was executed. Following agreement on the contract, Mr. Yodwicha again requested a loan of 100,000 RMB from EM Legend, citing financial hardship after marriage, and agreed to repay the loan through a 20% deduction from his fight purse per event. To date, 56,500 RMB of the 100,000 RMB loan remains unpaid.
4. 2025年比赛罚金暂缓扣除：2025年1月19日，在峨眉传奇47世界格斗冠军赛·彭州站中，耀威猜因消极搂抱被判罚两次黄牌。根据合同约定，应扣除出场费的50%。由于经纪人张铭的请求，该笔罚金当时暂缓扣除。
Deferred Penalty Deduction in 2025: On January 19, 2025, at EM Legend 47 (Pengzhou, China), Mr. Yodwicha received two yellow cards for passive clinching. According to the contract, 50% of his fight purse was subject to deduction. Upon the explicit request of his manager, Zhang Ming, this penalty deduction was temporarily deferred.
5. 耀威猜夫妇拒绝接受处罚费用及扣除费用：峨眉传奇51世界格斗冠军赛·安康站比赛结束后，耀威猜夫妇拒绝接受合同中的处罚部分，并拒绝接受借款扣还费用，要求峨眉传奇全额支付出场费用。
Refusal to Accept Contractual Deductions and Penalties: Following the conclusion of EM Legend 51 (Ankang), Mr. Yodwicha and his wife refused to accept the contractual penalties and loan repayment deductions, demanding full payment of the fight purse without any authorized deductions.
鉴于耀威猜先生屡次违反合同约定，包括私自参与其他赛事，以及在峨眉传奇最新一期A级赛（2026年7月10日峨眉传奇51世界格斗冠军赛·安康站）中表现出与其常规水平不符的消极搂抱行为，导致网络上出现大量关于“峨眉传奇有黑幕”、“故意让耀威猜输掉比赛”等不利言论，对峨眉传奇的声誉造成了极其负面的影响。为此，峨眉传奇最终决定，要求耀威猜进行还款并保留追究法律责任的权利。
In light of Mr. Yodwicha's repeated contractual breaches—including unauthorized participation in third-party events and his passive clinching during EM Legend’s latest Grade-A event (EM Legend 51 in Ankang, China on July 10, 2026)—false rumors such as "EM Legend matches are rigged" and "EM Legend intentionally made Yodwicha lose" have surfaced online, severely damaging EM Legend’s commercial reputation. Consequently, EM Legend has made the final decision to demand full debt repayment and reserve all rights to pursue legal action.
针对2026年7月10日峨眉传奇51世界格斗冠军赛·安康站的比赛，峨眉传奇与耀威猜经纪人张铭进行了沟通，并明确了实际应支付情况及扣除明细:
Regarding the fight on July 10, 2026 (EM Legend 51 World Fighting Championship in Ankang), EM Legend communicated directly with Mr. Yodwicha’s manager, Zhang Ming, and clearly specified the payable amount and deduction details as follows:
耀威猜参与峨眉传奇51应得本场出场费需扣除如下费用：
Deductions from Mr. Yodwicha’s fight purse for EM Legend 51:
1. 黄牌罚扣：2026年7月10日比赛中，因耀威猜消极搂抱被判罚黄牌1张，根据峨眉传奇赛事规则，应扣除25%的出场费。
Yellow Card Penalty: A 25% deduction from the fight purse due to 1 yellow card issued for passive clinching during the fight on July 10, 2026, pursuant to EM Legend competition rules.
2. 借款抵扣：因耀威猜借峨眉传奇赛事公司人民币10万元，承诺从每次比赛出场费中扣除20%偿还峨眉传奇赛事公司。
Loan Repayment: A 20% deduction from the fight purse as agreed upon for the partial repayment of the outstanding 100,000 RMB loan.
3. 补扣旧罚：补扣峨眉传奇47比赛中未扣除罚金：出场费用的50%。
Deferred Penalty from EM Legend 47: A 50% fight purse deduction for the deferred penalty incurred during EM Legend 47.
本次应支付耀威猜扣除后的费用金额为：人民币16,250元。
Final Amount Payable: After applying the above legitimate deductions, the net amount payable to Mr. Yodwicha for this event is RMB 16,250.
基于上述事实，峨眉传奇特此向耀威猜先生提出以下严正要求：
Based on the foregoing facts, EM Legend hereby makes the following formal demands to Mr. Yodwicha:
1. 立即偿还200万泰铢借款：请耀威猜先生立即全额偿还于2017年向峨眉传奇借取的200万泰铢（฿2,000,000.00）。
Immediate Repayment of THB 2,000,000 Loan: Mr. Yodwicha must immediately repay in full the loan of THB 2,000,000 borrowed from EM Legend in 2017.
2. 偿还预支出场费未抵扣部分：请耀威猜先生立即偿还2023年预支出场费中尚未抵扣的款项，即5.65万元人民币。
Immediate Repayment of Outstanding Loan Balance: Mr. Yodwicha must immediately repay the remaining uncollected balance of RMB 56,500 from the 2023 advance loan.
此外，针对耀威猜先生本人及其亲属在网络上发布关于峨眉传奇拖欠出场费等不实言论，以及其他相关人员在网络上发布对峨眉传奇不利文章的行为，已经严重损害了峨眉传奇的商业信誉和品牌形象。峨眉传奇将依法追究耀威猜先生本人及所有参与发布、传播不实信息的网络相关人员的法律责任，包括但不限于名誉侵权、损害商业信誉等法律诉讼，并要求赔偿因此造成的一切经济损失和声誉损失。
Furthermore, false statements regarding alleged non-payment of fight purses published online by Mr. Yodwicha and his family members, as well as defamatory articles published by associated individuals, have severely harmed EM Legend’s commercial creditability and brand image. EM Legend will hold Mr. Yodwicha and all individuals involved in publishing and spreading false information legally accountable through legal proceedings—including but not limited to lawsuits for defamation and damage to commercial reputation—and will seek full compensation for all economic and reputational losses incurred.

EM Legend consistently upholds the principles of fairness, justice, and transparency, and remains dedicated to the healthy development of combat sports. We strongly advise Mr. Yodwicha and relevant parties to confront the facts, fulfill contractual obligations in good faith, and immediately cease all actions that slander EM Legend’s reputation. Otherwise, EM Legend will take all necessary legal actions to protect its legitimate rights and interests.
