In LPG storage, transportation, and end‑use applications, the hose is the only flexible component that directly contacts and withstands the media pressure. Given the high permeability and flammability of LPG, this series features a precision three‑layer construction:

🔹 Inner tube: Made of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) compound, offering excellent resistance to LPG swelling and effectively preventing media extraction to ensure gas‑tightness.

🔹 Reinforcement:

T1 (light‑duty): High‑tenacity polyester yarn braid – flexible, ideal for medium‑to‑low pressure terminal equipment.

T2 (heavy‑duty): One layer of high‑strength steel wire braid – high tensile strength, suitable for high‑pressure conditions at pump station outlets or long‑distance transfer.

🔹 Cover: CR (Chloroprene Rubber) sheath, ozone‑resistant, flame‑retardant, and heat‑resistant, ensuring no cracking under severe service conditions.

High-pressure cleaning hose assembly. Constructed with high-strength single-layer (1SN) or double-layer (2SN) steel wire braid, offering excellent wear and pressure resistance.

Groundwater dredging and municipal pipeline maintenance: Equipped with -pressure nozzles, nozzles, and plunger pump systems, used for sediment breaking and dredging operations in urban networks, wells, and industrial pipelines. The hose's outer rubber coating must withstand sand and gravel friction, dragging abrasion, and humid environments.
