澳門拳舍為本澳非牟利綜合體育團體。位於黑沙環區，面積達四千多平方呎，會場內訓練設備齊全，包括國際標準擂台、沙包及健身器械等，並有多功能室舉辦不同活動及課程；優雅別緻的陽台可讓會員休閒自在地享受周邊環境。

本會宗旨

- 積極推動本澳拳擊運動，推廣搏擊類運動及其內涵；
- 透過積極推廣本地拳擊及其他搏擊類綜合運動，讓更多運動愛好者能了解其積極的意義。
- 培育新晉拳擊運動員，參與各類型比賽及活動，傳承拳擊運動的精神
- 讓拳擊成為正面的減壓途徑，達至體能的提昇、身心健康，提生活素質。
