Blowroom System in Spinning Production Line

The blowroom is the first stage in the spinning process, where compressed cotton bales are opened, cleaned, blended, and transformed into a uniform lap or chute feed for the carding machine. Its main functions include:

》Opening – Breaking down tightly pressed cotton bales into smaller tufts.
》Cleaning – Removing impurities such as dust, leaf particles, seeds, and short fibers.
》Mixing & Blending – Ensuring uniform fiber properties by blending different bales or fiber types.
》Dust Removal – Extracting micro-dust and fine particles to improve yarn quality.
