I believe the Landmine deserves more love and should be used more.

Yes, it’s just a tool in the toolbox. But it’s a multi-functional one.

Use it for power, core strength, lower body drills, upper body pushes - you name it.

Setup is easy: Just place the barbell, secure it so it doesn’t roll, and start improving your athleticism.

To break free from the sagittal plane, we're choosing lateral jumps with a medball.

A1. Barbell Split Squat 3x5+5

BASKETBALL WEIGHT ROOM TRAINING 🏀

In our training, we prioritize both performance enhancement and durability. We integrate upper body exercises like TRX/Ring rows and pull-ups.

Don't underestimate the importance of upper body strength in basketball. Consider a player battling through a screen or grappling in physical contact situations—their upper body strength is indispensable.
