There is conventional training and there is OHM ELECTRO FITNESS training. OHM EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) mimics the natural action of our central nervous system, sending electrical impulses to contract our deep muscle fibers. In just a 20-minute training session, your personal trainer will put you through a customized program – giving your body over 150 times more muscle contractions than a conventional workout. Our training can range from low-impact and easy-on-the-joint movements to high performance intense movements, which are either explosive or coupled with equipment. We use reality, not algorithms, to create a customized program for you. Your goals, fitness level, schedule, and medical history are all essential information to your fitness success.
