I keep seeing this stunt on social media: someone hangs from a pull-up bar while someone else uses them as a punching bag. Want an abdominal hernia? This is how you get one! I have seen it happen in person and it’s gross.

Why didn’t the Meridian Gate get an awesome name too? I would have called it “The totally RAD Meridian Gate of ultimate exceptionalness”. But it is what it is.
