Mostly sets of 10. A sweet spot… but you have to be honest with yourself and choose a weight which you can absolutely barely do for 10 or the given rep range.
If the weight you used was light enough to do more, still stop at 10, and be sure to increase the weight accordingly for the next set of 10.
Next week, try to improve on these numbers 💪🏻
