What a great two days at the Robin Hood Trophy in Nottingham!
🎉👍🏻🔥👏🏻💪🏻

About two months ago, I was told that the Robin Hood Trophy was on this May and I was just about to take my National 5 competition.

“Why don’t you seize this chance to compete in Advanced Novice” I was asked,
“What? In this short amount of time? I don’t have a Short Program or even a dress ready! Also, my free program needs upgrade too!”
And well, that was it, we had decided to go for advanced and I got my Short and Free choreographed, borrowed a dress from a skating buddy, and tried as hard as I could to run the programs, perfect them and get them ready. Although there are still lots of rooms for improvement, I’m quite happy with my performance. 😁

It all started one chilly day in January 2017, when we brought Gaga to her first ice rink in Shanghai ❄️🏙️—just for fun, never imagining what lay ahead. Eight years later, she’s made her dream come true by becoming the British Champion! 🏆🎉💙

Looking back, it feels unreal how far she’s come. This journey has been powered by Gaga’s pure love for skating ❤️, and her dedication through early mornings 🌅, tough practices 💪, and every up and down along the way. None of this would be possible without the incredible support from her coaches, mentors 👩‍🏫⛸️, and everyone who believed in her.
