📢 TOPBAND Mexico factory is put into operation 📢

TOPBAND considers international layout as an important strategic direction in order to further implement the "customer intimacy" strategy and provide global customers with nearby and agile delivery services. As one of the most important engines of global business development, TOPBAND factory is officially put into operation in November 2022 after meticulous preparation. It marks the further improvement in international layout of TOPBAND, which is capable to provide strong support for the development of in the Americas.

With its proximity to both the enormous Latin American market and the economically developed North American Free Trade Zone, Mexico enjoys a special geographic advantage that allows it to play a significant role in trade between North and South America as well as the rest of the world. TOPBAND Mexico factory is situated in Monterrey, the country's most industrialized city. It has a total area of 43,000 ㎡and a construction area of 18,610 ㎡. With the total investment of more than 100 million yuan, the factory has dozens of SMT and DIP production lines planned for the future, allowing it to adapt quickly to production capacity requirements.

Topband's new self-developed mid-drive system attracts a lot of attention at Eurobike 2022🚲

On July 13, 2022, the biggest bicycle exhibition in the world, EUROBIKE 2022 was held in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The scene was packed with people and the atmosphere was quite hot. The show attracted more than 1,500 exhibitors from 57 countries, including China, Germany and France.🌍

In this exhibition, focusing on the concept of safer and more reliable, Topband brought a number of technically advanced products to Eurobike 2022 and attracted many professionals from European countries and around the world. At the booth, Topband launched a series of new products such as batteries, motors, displays and IoT. Our staff was on hand to introduce our APP and provide professional product explanations. Our complete bikes sponsored from our partners, which are equipped with Topband's full set of mid-drive eBike Systems, were shown on our booth. Customers could experience the intelligent, efficient, smooth, lightweight and low-noise outstanding performance of Topband system through riding on-site. 🚲

It is noteworthy that the new mid-motor developed by Topband has the characteristics of light weight and low noise. The weight of motor is as light as 2.9 kg. Under the average ambient noise of 17.83 dB, the motor working noise is below 51dB. The overall characteristic curve of the mid-drive system is hard, and the efficiency range is wide. The efficiency remains above 85% between 13N.m and 73N.m, and the highest efficiency is able to reach 88%. This ensures strong acceleration and continuous maximum power output even under climbing conditions.💪

Topband brought a full range of E-Bike lithium batteries newly launched this year to EUROBIKE 2022. Self-developed frame integrated battery models IH-2, IT2-1, IT2-2, IT3, rear carrier battery model RT-1 and many other models can be put on different positions.🚴‍♂️

Topband eBike lithium batteries are slim in appearance and large in capacity. The capacity ranges from 400Wh to 800Wh, bringing high-quality and high-safety battery products to the industry. In addition to providing high-quality batteries and motors, Topband also brings customers displays, IoT, chargers and many other products. These products can be used on City bike, MTB, Cargo bike etc.🗺

At the exhibition, Topband showed its newly developed dual battery solution, whose batteries can be buried in the frame beam position. There four different reasons why you should choose us: 1.Charging dual batteries with only one charger 2.No need to change controller setting 3.No extra physical switch 4.Supporting hot-plugging. Dual battery solution can significantly improve ebike range, we won’t have to be anxious about the short mileage. The exhibitors on site were very impressed with this technology.⚡

P 1 is our OFFICES COFFEE SHOP. A number of various drinks, such as coffee, tee, juice, are all served here. And there is also a good place for leisure.☕

P 2-3 will be our SHOP FLOOR LUNCH ROOM. As we can see from these two pictures, our lunch room have a big space that it can accommodate numerous workers and employees having lunch here. When it is put into use, there will be a lot of dishes from China and Mexico offering. Let's enjoy the delicacies together!🍖🥟🍻

P 4 is our whole new RESTROOMS!!! It is located in front of the lunch room. So, please remember to wash our hands before we have our delicious lunch!!! And it is also important to protect ourselves from COVID-19🖐
