Precautions for Use of Crawler Chassis of Crawler Hydraulic Drilling Rig
1. All traveling wheels are lubricated once and do not require refueling and maintenance at ordinary times. However, the planetary gearbox of the traveling reducer should be inspected once after one year of operation. Turn the cover on the outer end face of the oil drain hole to the lower position and loosen the screw plug. If the lubricating oil is found to be seriously contaminated, the oil should be replaced in a timely manner.

2. Check the tightness of the track after completing each project. Check that the front anchor plate and rear leg of the mast are used to lift the chassis off the ground, and the intermediate tread of the lower track should be kept within the outer edge of the roller. If it is too loose, open the square cover on the side of the traveling frame, remove the anti retreat clamp block, and tighten it to meet the requirements. After that, install the clamp block, tighten the lock bolt, and cover the cover plate. When replacing the track, adjust the tensioning screw to the position inside the guide wheel for easy replacement. Inspection standard for drilling machines above 32T: Use the mast front anchor plate and rear legs to lift the chassis off the ground. The middle tread of the lower track should be kept within the outer edge of the roller. If it is too loose, open the square cover on the side of the traveling frame and inject grease with an oil gun to tighten it to meet the requirements. Install the cover plate on the rear cover. When replacing the track, unscrew the one-way valve seat and drain the lubricating grease to adjust the guide wheel to the inside position for easy replacement.
3. Keep the chassis clean at ordinary times. Wash it thoroughly after completing each project. During operation and walking, timely clean the mud or stones embedded in the grooves on both treads of the track to prevent damage to the track or derailment. During the use of rubber tracks, it is necessary to avoid rapid starting or turning on sharp protruding stones. The rubber surface should not come into contact with oil and should be immediately wiped clean once there is oil.
