訓練標準的制定，不是為了考驗教練的極限，而是為了保障學員在安全、專注的環境下學會獨立與團隊合作。IDF 的人數上限是「品質底線」，也是對教學倫理的堅持——水下的每一雙眼睛，都值得被認真看待。

簡言之：「能處理」不等於「該處理」；標準是保護，不是限制。

1. 問題核心
潛水訓練中，教練與學員的比例該如何設定？當小組人數過多時，訓練將淪為「人群管理」，而非真正的教學。

2. 常見迷思
許多人主張「好的教練能掌控一切」，但訓練標準不應建立在教練的「超人能力」上，而應確保一致的教學品質。

3. IDF 的明確標準（已實施 11 年）
· 休閒潛水：1 : 4
· 青少年訓練：1 : 2
· 技術／洞穴潛水：1 : 3

4. 為什麼不是 1:1？
一對一雖專注度高，但學員會過度依賴教練，無法學習「與程度相近的潛伴合作」。1:4 是刻意妥協，既能讓教練關注個別學員，又能模擬真實潛伴互動。

5. 經濟因素 vs. 教學品質
較大班級能降低成本、提高利潤，但水下的物理限制（教練只有兩眼兩手）不會因商業需求而改變。標準必須事先訂定，避免被短期利益扭曲。

6. 教練的真正職責
「見樹不見林」——教練必須看見「每一位潛水員」，而非僅管理「一群人的移動」。

IDF Tec & Cave Instructor Workshop – Slovenian Edition

Dear IDF – International Diving Federation Instructors,
We are pleased to invite you to a workshop dedicated exclusively to IDF instructors.
During the camp, we will share our knowledge and experience, focusing on the most common mistakes made by technical and cave-diving students and, more importantly, on the most effective ways to help them become safer, more competent divers.
We guarantee that every participant will leave with valuable new knowledge and practical teaching techniques. If you want to become a better, smarter, and more modern instructor, this camp is for you!
This time, waiting for you in Slovenia will be our workshop team – internationally recognized experts in technical and cave diving: Anton Zhuchkov, Sebastian Dobrowolskii, Robert Anžič, and Oleg Klymchuk.
Slovenia, Balkans, is the cradle of speleology and cave diving. It is a must-have program for any true cave diver. We will, of course, not only teach each other to teach better, but also dive in Slovenia's beautiful caves 🙂

Kin Tong brings years of experience in technical diver training and has developed his professional career through cooperation with several international diving organizations. As an IDF Course Director, he is committed to maintaining the highest training standards while supporting the growth of the federation throughout China.

His appointment marks another important step in the continued international expansion of IDF and strengthens our presence in one of the world's most dynamic diving markets.
