很開心能單純就是愛跳舞及分享的「J-Lin 」做這場呈現
陪伴大家用著熟悉的旋律，單純開心的跳著舞
我時常說在這個環境的身分稱號，其實都是外在的標籤
我想說的是，每一位在這場活動站上舞台的夥伴
都是用舞蹈跟熱情來做連結，

我真的很喜歡跟你一起在台上一起玩的感覺！

HYROX Doubles Mixed @ Chiba with sis Joyce | Zumba 健身教練 | ✌🏼
謝謝跟妹子無意間的一個討論，
我們就這樣報名了～
（重點是還沒報名的時候，我們就先買機票了😂）
會參與第二場 HYROX，
對我來說，完完全全就是一種自我實現。
是練習過程中的那種爽感，
讓我持續想要繼續玩、繼續挑戰自己。
重點其實真的不是結果，也不是成績😂
而且老實說，
我從來不認為自己會跑步。
但因為 HYROX，
我願意再試試看。
然後在這個過程裡，
我看見自己好多原本沒發現的可能性，
甚至有時候自己都會覺得很意外
喔！原來我可以耶😆
也很謝謝 Joyce | Zumba 健身教練 | 一路一起陪伴、一起練習。
長時間累積下來的練習默契，
還有彼此之間的信任，
我覺得才是我們能夠完成這場比賽很重要的底氣。
而且我們真的是放得很自在，
很享受這場比賽的每分每秒。
所以呀，各位，
有些事情真的不用先確定「我行不行」😆 我都豁出去了
放開身心，去試試看吧！

每次只要來東京，就一定會來找 玩Salsa

總之，很感謝古時後的夥伴說你要不要試看看Salsa就開始
這樣一跳就快10年了，我自己也覺得很意外
體驗到身體有非常多的可能性，還有空間可以發揮
最重要的是那份由那而外的開心暢快：）
就像現在我在玩Hyroxㄧ樣！好好玩啊

Every time I’m in Tokyo, dancing Salsa with is a complete must. Huge thanks to him for his genuine passion and soul—it truly shines from the inside out 🫶🏻
Looking back, it all started when an old friend casually asked, ”Why don‘t you give Salsa a try?“ Fast forward nearly 10 years, and I’m still dancing! Honestly, it surprises even me.
Dance has shown me how much potential my body has and how much room there is to grow. Most importantly, it brings me pure, unfiltered joy from within :)
It’s that exact same feeling I’m getting from Hyrox right now! It’s so much fun!
If you never try, you’ll never know! ✌🏼
