Shaolin Martial Arts Training in China 2026 – Day 4

Another incredible day at the International Shaolin Dragon Academy!

Day 4 was packed with excitement as our international students took part in an authentic Sanda Kickboxing Competition. It was an unforgettable experience, giving everyone the opportunity to test their skills, build confidence, and experience the excitement of real competition in a supportive environment.

Beyond the competition, our students also continued their Shaolin Kung Fu and Wushu training, refining their techniques, improving their discipline, and growing stronger with every session.

The courage, determination, and sportsmanship shown by everyone were truly inspiring. Every challenge is another step towards becoming a better martial artist.

Congratulations to all our students! Your hard work is paying off, and we can’t wait to see what Day 5 will bring.

Shaolin Martial Arts Training in China 2026 – Day 3

Day 3 was all about experiencing the incredible traditions of authentic Shaolin training.

Today’s sessions focused on Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, Hard Qi Gong, and some of the academy’s most fascinating training methods. Our students witnessed and even took part in Shaolin Iron Shirt training, where wooden sticks were broken across the body through years of dedicated conditioning, breath control, and discipline. It was an unforgettable moment that truly showcased the spirit and resilience of Shaolin martial arts.

Students also trained on the Shaolin Iron Dummy, developing precision, structure, balance, and body conditioning through traditional practice.

Every day at the International Shaolin Dragon Academy brings new challenges, new skills, and a deeper understanding of authentic Chinese martial arts and culture.

Well done to everyone for your courage, determination, and hard work. Day 3 is complete, let’s keep growing together!
