That little tingling feeling in your fingers ⚡ This is a warning sign ⚡

Tingling means something is being irritated. Numbness means you’re getting closer to long-term nerve damage.

Address it early. In many cases, this can be improved or even resolved.

Not with random rolling. Not by scrubbing back and forth like you’re erasing something… that can make it much worse.

A small trigger point ball is usually enough. But placement, direction, and technique are everything.

Do it right, relieve the pressure on the nerve, and this becomes something you used to have.

Hips- lets stretch out the time you spend sitting.
I can’t make it any easier!!😆
In any bodywork, it is the smallest details that create the biggest shifts.

A slight change in angle.
A softer breath.
A more intentional cue.

Suddenly the stretch feels deeper.
The muscle is targeted more accurately.
The movement becomes more effective without forcing intensity.
