Visualize yourself being rooted into the earth and actively send the negative energy down and out of your body. When we ground ourselves in the earth's energy, we're calmer, more focused, and less triggered.

Relationships should add to our lives, not define them or determine happiness levels. Work on being whole and complete on your own before diving into a committed partnership.

Don't force yourself to have more energy than is true for yourself in the moment, that will just lead to burnout and exhaustion.

Instead, focus on having authentic enthusiasm at the energetic level you're able to.

Sometimes this means moving more slowly, intentionally, and passionately, rather than forcing yourself to be big and bubbly.
