Are you an expecting mother? Or do you have a newborn at home? Join Dr Ana Lucia and a group of fellow mammas for a breastfeeding support meeting where you will learn, among other things, what breastfeeding sounds like when a good milk transfer is being done (Tip: After swallowing, your baby will breathe out with a puff of air that sounds like a “k-ah” sound.)

Happy April to all of you reading us! Here is our preliminary activity calendar for the month. We will have several walks accompanied with hot drinks: in the morning, in the evening , a parents’ café for all ages, our first ever breastfeeding support meeting in English moderated by Dr Ana Lucía Ruiz, and last but not least our brand new online book club, this time we will be reading the book “Magdalena River of Dreams” by author Wade Davis 📚

In October 2024, we had our first holiday camp, an urban art experience with graffiti artist 🎨, kids from 6 to 13 years old spent a week at drawing and spraying a big wall with their dreams, thoughts, aspirations and even jokes. It was an out-of-this-world experience! 🌎

And that week, thanks to the suggestion of our guest artist, we started our Instagram account with the name of our community sprayed on a wall 🧱

17 months have passed since then, we have had 2 more holiday camps and many more will come, we also go for coffee, for walks, to watch soccer games, to enjoy a cocktail at , for picnics, for tours, and we even started recently our first online 📚!

Let's celebrate almost two years of existence, bringing community to families settling down here forever or staying here for a few months or years, and 100 posts on our Instagram account! Many more years and posts will come ✨
