10am - You will be met by coach Gabriel by the marked "Meeting Point" infront of hotel Estela Blue in Poblado.
After a brief chat about your current fitness level, goals and martial arts experience we will warm up together with a hill jog or stair clime weather depending.

10:15 - arrive at private rooftop gym and commence 30min strength and conditioning circuit training.

10:45 - 45 min 1 on 1 martial arts striking pad work focusing on correct form to transmit maximum force to the target.

11:30 - Receive a super food smoothie and 1h Relax. Go together to eucalyptus steam sauna in the building. Coach guides you through breathing exercise to min/max bood oxygen levels combined with Hot/Cold exposure in the sauna and cold shower. During the time in sauna Coach explains clearly the great benefits of this practice as well as many other recent discoveries in biology and neuroscience to optimize your personal health and fitness. Weather permitting you can also enjoy the sun by the large pool and go for a swim.

12:30 - 1.5h martial arts weapon and defense training. Using a wide range of hands on Training weapons we go through the basics blunt weapons (nunchucks), edged weapons (knives and swords), and projectile weapons (dry fire pistols).
