Hello beautiful friends! I am looking to start up a Foundations in Yoga workshop series in the next few weeks. I am considering Tuesday evenings at 6:30, it would be every week for 4 weeks going over the major components of yoga. Great for beginners who would like to learn the basics, and seasoned practitioners who are interested in diving deeper into their foundation. Let me know what you think! ~ Namaste
