Another successful missions trip in the books! Thank you to Life Church for sending an amazing team! They were able to continue the build on the new guest space, learn from local missionaries and pastors about Latin American missions, and grow together as a team. We enjoyed having them and getting to know them as well! May God bless you abundantly!

Pudieron continuar la construcción del nuevo espacio para invitados, aprender de los misioneros y pastores locales sobre las misiones latinoamericanas y crecer juntos como grupo. ¡Disfrutamos tenerlos y conocerlos también! ¡Que Dios les bendiga grandemente!

Whew! What a week! God did some amazing things!! We - along with the Panamanian youth - were stretched physically, emotionally and spiritually! We were all able to witness some awesome miracles! It was an eventful week, including two ER hospital visits and a cancelled flight. But more importantly, the construction project got started, new life was brought to the prayer walk, the VBS was attended by many local kids, the youth team learned to trust God in the “uncontrollable”, and all of them grew in their relationships with each other and with the Lord. Thank you for your prayers! 🙏🏼

¡Que semana! ¡¡Dios hizo cosas maravillosas!! ¡Nosotros, junto con los jóvenes panameños, nos esforzamos física, emocional y espiritualmente! ¡Todos pudimos presenciar algunos milagros increíbles! Fue una semana llena de acontecimientos, incluidas dos visitas a urgencias del hospital y un vuelo cancelado. Pero lo más importante es que el proyecto de construcción comenzó, el camino de oración recibió nueva vida, muchos niños locales asistieron al campamento de verano, el equipo juvenil aprendió a confiar en Dios en lo “incontrolable” y todos crecieron en sus relaciones con unos con otros y con el Señor. ¡Gracias por sus oraciones! 🙏🏼

Oasis Nuevas Fuerzas is turning 5 years old today! We are so thankful for God’s blessing and faithfulness throughout these years. And we look forward to many more years caring and providing REST (Retreat. Encouragement. Safety. Transformation.) for Christian leaders throughout the world.

¡Oasis Nuevas Fuerzas cumple hoy 5 años! Estamos muy agradecidos por la bendición y fidelidad de Dios a lo largo de estos años. Y esperamos pasar muchos años más cuidando y brindando REST (Retiro. Ánimo. Seguridad. Transformación) para los líderes cristianos en todo el mundo.

It's OFFICIAL! Why the name change? Our sending organization has changed their name to Oasis Rest International to more fully embrace who we are, what we do and where - Oases offering REST around the globe! Is your specific Oasis location in Costa Rica also changing its name? No. We will still remain Oasis Nuevas....

Yesterday we celebrated Thanksgiving with local missionaries. It was a beautiful day to share, eat and thank the Lord for the many blessings in our lives.
