Las alergias alimentarias no son una tendencia, no son una preferencia, no son una exageración!!!

A nuestra hija, en vista de que estos incidentes son más comunes de lo que uno cree, le hemos enseñado a decir que no!!! No gracias!!!

Eso nos ha evitado algunas cosas así de lamentables, pero siempre es responsabilidad de la persona adulta en el entorno de los niños y niñas asumir el rol que corresponde, no burlarse, no desestimar, no menospreciar; y cuando sea posible no excluir sino valorar alternativas seguras.

A 3-year-old girl with a severe dairy allergy was hospitalized after a Qatar Airways flight attendant reportedly gave her a KitKat, despite multiple warnings from her mother not to serve anything containing milk.
The child’s mother, Swetha Neerukonda, says she informed crew members about her daughter’s dairy and nut allergies both before and during the flight from Washington, D.C. to India. When she briefly stepped away, she returned to find a flight attendant feeding her daughter the candy bar.
The child later went into anaphylaxis and spent two days in intensive care. The complaint also alleges that airline staff “mocked” Neerukonda’s concerns and offered little assistance.
This is another reminder that food allergy safety isn’t optional, especially at 30,000 feet. Airlines must take food allergy protocols seriously.
