“Move” has been an incredible experience for me! It's not just a gym, it's a place where you can truly move every part of your body. The classes are fantastic, and Kelly is an amazing coach. We’re so excited to finally host an amazing Yoga Teacher and her practice at Studio MOVE! Our movement menu is becoming even more complete! ⁣

⭐️ Yoga is connection. Breath-Body-Mind connection. Move to the edge of your practice as we stretch our body & minds in new ways! In this class, we will play with balance, deep stretch, breath control, mindfulness, functional mobility & compassionate self awareness ⭐️ - Buffie ⁣

Classes are $ 15.00 drop in for the month of April! Class packs coming soon. Class runs every Tuesday at 9am, starting April 4TH. ⁣

I love this picture of me because it’s real. No make up, no filters. It’s honest. ⁣

Showing up as a 48 year old woman, just as you are, isn’t easy in this society we’ve been brought in (and bought in to) . ⁣

We are faced each day with an undeniable, pervasive pressure to show up with a cover up. A disguise that blocks the world from seeing the real version of us that doesn’t make the cut. A mask, if you will. ⁣

We are told to lift, nip, tuck, fill and erase all the signs of aging and so called “ imperfections” so we can keep our ranking in the world of “beautiful. So much to the point we all start to look similar…⁣

I’m sick of it. I’m sick of the pressure and sick of having to shield it. Here’s the thing…NO one is going to give back that power or grant us the permission to feel beautiful as we are. You are the only one who gets to choose how you see yourself, speak about yourself and love yourself. ⁣

It’s ok to have the wrinkles, the saggy skin and every single bit in between that nature intended for you. To grow, to change, to age. You are enough. ⁣

I will continue to advocate this messaging for me, for my daughter and for every single woman out there. Especially those struggling to see their true beauty. ❤️

What does being STRONG mean to you? ⁣

To us it means:⁣

🔥Having the discipline to show up when you’re not feeling motivated (more on this to come) ⁣
🔥 Being able to run, jump and play and be active for life ⁣
🔥 Feeling and believing you’re incredibly beautiful , inside and out, just as you are ⁣
🔥 being brave to step outside your comfort zone⁣
🔥Being resilient when tough days come your way…⁣
