The beauty about these mothership trips… you can be jigging snapper from the kayak early morning and trolling for pelagics afterwards 🔥

We’ve been fun fishing for ourselves for the slow season and August has produced some great catches! This was a slow day that went from 0 to 100 in a matter of seconds. Nice big sail was lurking around and when the reel started running it was game on. Crazy to hook and land one of these beauties so close to shore in murky water. You never know what’s going to go after your bait in the pacific🤷‍♂️🤘
