This will be a power vinyasa flow suitable for all experience levels.

Bring your mat and some water and enjoy the practice while taking in the fresh air and views! Excited to see you on the mat!

Join us for First Fridays! Happening every first Friday May - October! We will have a beautiful outdoor practice (weather permitting) on the lawn right beside the studio!

Bring a mat or borrow one from us and join us for an outdoor flow suitable for all levels and then enjoy the festivities after!

Come out for some yoga, food, kids activities and tunes! Excited to see you there!
