“Horse riding is not an exact science. One must feel rather than have a fixed system in mind”.

🌱 Cada árbol cuenta.
🌱 Cada ecosistema restaurado cuenta.
🌱 Cada acción cuenta.

He has no wings.
But sometimes it feels like he came from somewhere higher.
His breath is visible in the cold air.
Warm. Alive. Real.
And in that breath — there is more calm than in a thousand words.
When you look into his eyes, the noise disappears.
The same noise we carry inside every day.
Thoughts, fears, worries that don’t let us rest.
Beside him — there is silence.
Not the kind that scares you.
But the kind that heals.
They say horses are sent to heal broken hearts.
And maybe… that’s not just a beautiful phrase.
Because they feel what we hide.
What we cannot even admit to ourselves.
He won’t ask what hurts.
He won’t make you explain.
He won’t judge or measure you.
He will simply be there.
And sometimes, that is enough to put yourself back together.
Because true healing is not always about medicine.
And not always about talking.
Sometimes it’s about presence.
About touch.
About a quiet breath near your heart.
Maybe that’s why people find something more than just an animal in horses.
They find a peace they have been searching for.
And maybe, if you allow yourself to pause beside such a creature just once —
you will understand that sometimes help comes quietly.
Without noise.
Without proof.
It simply stands before you…
and breathes in rhythm with your heart.
