Yeah yeah… I know, I’m in the early 40s club now 😂 But I’ve been told it’s even more impressive to still be rocking a decent physique after almost 30 years of training....not just a temporary phase like many I've seen come and go 😉💪
I don’t model or shoot nearly as much as I used to, but every now and then I still step in front of the camera… like I did just the other day with 📸

Pretty accurate I'd say...
I came to a realization recently that I’m genuinely grateful to feel fulfilled with the life I’ve lived so far. I’ve spent years chasing many of the dreams, adventures, and experiences I once only imagined...all while trying to inspire others to step outside their comfort zones and embrace life a little more fully.
At the same time, it’s difficult watching my parents deal with health complications that, in many ways, could have been prevented earlier in life. But despite everything, they still honestly tell me they’ve lived a good life and that brings me peace.
I think what’s hit me most is realizing I can finally say the same about my own life too. And to me, that feeling is worth more than almost anything.
Here’s to hopefully many more years of learning, growing, exploring, and experiencing everything this life still has to offer.

Came across this shot from my last shoot with who was a renowned male physique photographer and an even better friend. Every time I come across our images, I’m reminded of all the jokes and laughs we shared. Might look serious in the photo, but behind the scenes I was laughing my ass off and cracking jokes nonstop… and clearly this was back when I hadn’t discovered my current appreciation for body hair 😅
