deepened my connection with my inner self and the world around me. Embracing yoga as a lifestyle has enriched every aspect of my existence, both on and off the mat. Back in 2011, while living in Switzerland, I underwent a profound spiritual awakening that marked a turning point in my life. This pivotal moment inspired me to delve deeper into the practice of yoga. In 2012, I embarked on a life-changing journey to Bali, where I undertook my first Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) of 200 hours with Radiant Alive. This training introduced me to various styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Acro yoga, Ayengar, and more. Years later, while residing in Singapore with my family, I felt compelled to specialize in a specific yoga style. This led me to pursue another 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, this time focusing on Hatha Yoga with Svastha Yoga. I even had the privilege of conducting classes, including sessions at the esteemed University of Singapore. Returning to Switzerland, I made it a personal mission to inspire my daughter to embrace yoga by undertaking a YTT for kids. In 2021, I yearned to expand my knowledge of yoga as a healing practice and the intricacies of chakras. To fulfill this desire, I journeyed to India to complete an advanced YTT of 300 hours. My ultimate aspiration is to inspire others to experience the profound joy and well-being that yoga can bring to their lives. Together, we can explore the boundless potential of our bodies, breathe deeply, and cultivate love and compassion through the practice of yoga. It's essential to understand that the true essence of yoga lies not in achieving the most advanced poses but in discovering inner stillness and serenity through a tranquil mind. As we embark on this transformative journey together, let us find a place of peace and balance that resonates within our hearts and souls. Much love
