2/11 — Meet Rumbero.

Can you fit twelve years of relationship, growth and shared life into a two-minute reel? Probably not, but this is a little part of our story.

Rumbero came into my life to show me where I needed to improve, what I still had to learn and which questions I needed to explore more deeply. He changed not only the way I train horses, but also the direction of my life and that is why he will always be my absolute soul horse.

MEET THE HERD…1/11: LUKI BON 🤍

This is the beginning of a new series where I’ll introduce all 11 horses who call Finca Soley home, not only what they do, but who they truly are.

Luki’s transformation reminds me of what time, safety and connection can make possible. She arrived frightened and fiercely protective. Now, she is the mare we trust with our beginners and most nervous riders.

But perhaps the secret behind her grounded energy is the extraordinary bond she shares with one very special horse.

And yes… she has a boyfriend. 👀

I genuinely thought some of these decisions might bankrupt me. 😅

When your livelihood depends on horses, putting them first isn’t always the easiest choice.

I turned away paying clients, limited who could ride our horses, kept groups small, gave the horses time off, and invested more into their wellbeing.

I was scared it wouldn’t work.

But something unexpected happened: I started attracting exactly the people I wanted at Finca Soley: people who value our horses, our boundaries, and what we stand for.

My biggest lesson? Stop trying to please everyone. (Not easy for someone who are people please like me 😬)
👉Stand firmly behind what you believe in, and you’ll attract the right people.
