Thanks to Pilates for keeping me strong, I hiked in to Nauyaca Falls, swam, climbed the rocks in the falls, and hiked out. I love that Pilates keeps my body able to do the things I enjoy.

The Hotel Lookout Pilates class,
8 am, Mon and Thurs.
Monday 13 the is the last class in the Jan/ Feb series.
Please let me know if you will be attending the 2nd session starting Feb 16 through March 23. 10 classes for 35 C
