Takođe, vežbači su stekli odličnu kondiciju, popravili metabolizam i postali staloženiji i u balansu.

U ovom videu možete čuti i šta su neki imali da podele sa nama u vezi svog iskustva.

A contemporary dance class for people with some previous experience in movement or dance ✨

My personal approach combines contemporary techniques, improvisation and movement research, with influences from different styles and practices I’ve explored and trained in throughout my dance experience.

We work on body awareness, movement quality, musicality, physicality and finding your own way of moving — while developing both technique and individual expression.

🕕 Thursday 18-20h
(2hr class)

We’re moving past traditional labels like: studio, street or institutional dances.

After all, dance belonged to communities, long before any style existed.

We use dancing styles as tools to explore different approaches to movement and music, giving you the freedom to discover what moves you the most!

• Students get 40% off
• Members get free access to our weekly 3-hour dance session

🕺 Join us on this path to finding authenticity.
