During the 2nd Diabetes Run & Walk, Botika di Servisio proudly presented a donation of AWG 5,000 to SOKUDI Kòrsou.

A beautiful gesture that shows this event is about much more than running and walking. It is also about supporting the community, creating awareness and making a positive difference in the fight against diabetes.

Records are meant to be broken, today we open the record books after the 2nd Diabetes Run & Walk and see all the athletes who have improved the 2025 records in 2026 by leaving only 3 standing!

Course Record is held by Jonathan Jansen (18:40) and Diandra Salesia (26:34) with athletes shine all different age categories!

Who will challenge the course in 2027?

The Diabetes Run & Walk by Botika di Servisio has seen great performances on its 5KM course. Today we are highlighting it's best runners in the two editions.

First off is the local star Jonathan Jansen who is the Overall Male winner in BOTH editions of the event, first recording a 19:25 minutes in 2025 and this year besting his own course record by 45 seconds with an impressive 18:40 in 2026 while defending his title!

In the Overall Female winners, we have Lisa Dam wbo won the first edition with a time of 29:06 minutes. This year Diandra Salesia made a massive improvement in the course record by 2 minutes and 32 seconds, improving the record to 26:34.

Congratulations to these great athletes on their performance in the Diabetes Run & Walk Curacao! We look forward to see who will shine in the 2027 edition.

Enjoy the first pictures of the 2nd Diabetes Run & Walk by Botika di Servisio. We will be posting in a couple of hours the pictures on route in style and the Ceremony portion were winners shined on the podium and cheered on by all the spectators who celebrated a nice morning run and walk.

A spectacular 2nd Edition of the Diabetes Run & Walk by Botika di Servisio Sunday morning with a sold out 750 participants ran and walked for a great cause. 5.000 florins was donated to Sokudi to help in the fight against diabetes.

The Overall Winners are Jonathan Jansen (18:40) and Diandra Salesia (26:34)! Prizes were awarded in all age categories from U-17 winners all the way to 65+ winners, great to see so many active athletes this sunday morning!
