🔥 MMA fighters. BJJ athletes. Submission grapplers.
Come level up your grappling.

Happy birthday to a man who is exactly the kind of person people need around them🙌🏻

A man whose motivation comes from within, and who simply by being who he is, becomes a source of inspiration for everyone around him.

You give people the opportunity to practice what they love with professionalism, passion, and so much love. And one of the most beautiful things about you is that you inspire people to do things they may not have believed they were capable of.

Sometimes, I may not even realize how much your presence has influenced me. I simply keep going, keep growing, and keep achieving because you were there🤍

Happy birthday to someone who doesn’t just achieve great things himself, but inspires great things in others❤️

🤔 Τι σε σταματά να ξεκινήσεις Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu;

Η ηλικία; Η φυσική κατάσταση; Το ότι δεν έχεις προηγούμενη εμπειρία;

🇬🇧

🤔 What's stopping you from starting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?

Your age? Your fitness level? No previous martial arts experience?

🥋 Everyone stepped onto the mats for the first time as a beginner. All it takes is the decision to take that first step.

💪 Through training, you'll improve your fitness, build confidence, and become part of a team that grows together.

🔥 Maybe the best time to start is now.

📩 Send us a message now for more information.

As I look back on this journey, I'm grateful for everything jiu-jitsu has given me. The fighting and rolling has shaped who I am today and taught me humility, courage, and how to become a better person.

None of this would have been possible without the people who shared this journey with me. Venizelos, Louis, Evgen Skyrda and everyone who was part of it!😇

A special thank you to Professor Max for always being there for us🥋
