What to wear to adult ballet class (without overthinking it)
One of the biggest things that stops adults from trying ballet is the fear of showing up “wrong”… wrong clothes, wrong shoes, wrong look.
Here’s the truth:
Adult ballet class is about movement, not aesthetics.
You don’t need a leotard.
You don’t need pink tights.
You don’t need a perfect bun.
But if you love the traditional attire... go for it!
You do need clothing that lets you move, something fitted enough to see alignment, and footwear that works on studio floors.
That’s it.
