I successfully completed my certificate III/IV in Fitness and Certificate in Weight Loss Consultancy and I am now armed with all the right tools and ready to help you! I have the skills, knowledge, patience, great enthusiasm, and most importantly abundance of empathy to help you with your weight loss journey. Having been through the weight loss journey I can tell you it will take time, it will require dedication and willpower. My promise to you is that I will be there for you every step of the way. I will be your trainer but most importantly your mentor and guidance; I will teach you to discipline your mind and body and take control of your life again.
